Lions Venture Village is a joint venture with Department of Communities (formerly Homeswest) and provides housing under their guidelines for WA Seniors.
There are 10 Concessional Rental Units in the complex, two have two bedrooms and eight have one bedroom. Each unit has a private back garden and the village is set in attractive communal gardens.
Panoramic views of the Porongurup Range are visible from the front of the village.
Spacious front garden areas and the enclosed back gardens allows for resident’s creativity.
